A307 Hex Bolt Galvanized

Hex bolts are 1 of the most common fasteners and can be used in a wide variety of applications. The 6-sided head makes them easy to install using a standard wrench or socket tool.

A307 Hex Bolts

Hex bolts are hexagonal head fasteners with machine threads. They are commonly used for machinery and construction projects, both residential and commercial. Fully threaded sizes provide excellent grip strength. Partially threaded sizes help where shear resistance is important.

A325 Hex Bolt

A325 bolts are heavy hex bolts made of medium carbon steel with a flat bearing surface, washer faced, and chamfered point. A325 bolts are partially threaded for precise grip in structural joints. These bolts are one of the most common heavy hex fasteners, usually used for structural support in steel construction. Used with matching nuts, these bolts come in a black oxide finish or are hot-dipped galvanized for added corrosion resistance. Black oxide coatings are corrosion resistant in dry environments. Hot-dipped galvanized steel coatings are more corrosion resistant than zinc plating, giving these bolts a thicker coating than other finishes.

Clevises

Clevises are typically used to connect sag or tie rods and hanger assemblies to structural steel or fabricated lugs.  Clevis measurements consist of the tap – the diameter of rod the clevis will be screwed onto, the pin – comes in a range of sizes constrained by the clevis size, and the grip – determined by the thickness of the material that you will receive the pin.

A194 2H Heavy Hex Full Nuts

A194 2H heavy hex nuts are intended for use in flange bolting applications, as well as structural applications and with other high strength bolting. A194 covers carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel nuts for bolts in high pressure or high temperature service.

F436 Flat Washer

F436 flat washers are a hardened washer for use under the head of a bolt or nut, and are typically used with high strength bolts or rods such as structural bolts. Plain finish.

Tension Control Bolts

Commonly used in critical steel applications, tension control bolts feature a spline that disconnects when the appropriate bolt tension is reached. These tension control bolt assemblies come with nuts and washers.
